Abstract

Water is a very important component in life, not only for humans, but also for animals and plants. The water needed is clean and drinkable water. Water that is said to be clean and drinkable must meet the criteria and requirements. Desa Pelawad, Serang, Banten is an area that has a water source from well water, but within a certain period of time and weather does not show the physical condition of clean water that is suitable for consumption. The condition of colored, smelly and tasted water is found in water sources. A method/technique is needed to be able to process the water source so that it is suitable for consumption. Through this community service activity, training has been carried out on chemical methods that can be applied in processing clean water so that it can be used for household needs. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) in Clean Water Processing in Desa Pelawad aim to provide technological skills in the clean water processing process. This goal is achieved through training activities and the application of appropriate technology to process clean water. The results achieved are that partners have knowledge and skills in processing clean water for households.
