Peningkatan Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia Dapat Dicapai Melalui Pemberian Motivasi, Peningkatan Disiplin, Perbaikan Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Penguatan Komitmen
Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel motivasi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja untuk menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja guru. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan komitmen sebagai variabel intervening untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat komitmen guru terhadap sekolah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru MTs dan MA Jakarta Islamic School, Cracas, Jakarta Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 guru yang terdiri dari 52 guru MTs Jakarta Islamic School dan 57 guru MA Jakarta Islamic School. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 110 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan atau kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equator Model) yang dioperasikan melalui program SMARTPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen. Variabel motivasi, disiplin, komitmen, dan lingkungan kerja menunjukkan hasil positif signifikan terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia.
