The Influence Of Leadership Style And Work Discipline On Employee Performance (Case Study of PT. Raflesia Abadi Gemilang)
Abstract
This research aims to test and analyze 1) The direct influence of leadership style on employee performance. 2) Direct influence of work discipline on employee performance. 3) Simultaneous influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. The data collection method used was field research using a questionnaire. The sample in this research were employees at PT. Raflesia Abadi Gemilang consisted of 76 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis with the SPSS program. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was concluded that this research resulted in, among others, 1) Leadership Style has a significant direct effect on Employee Performance with test results tcount 2.536 > ttable, namely 1.666, 2) Work Discipline has a significant direct effect on Employee Performance with test results tcount5.774 > ttable, namely 1.666, 3) Leadership Style and Work Discipline have a significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance, Fcount test results are 32.130 > Ftable, namely 3.14.
