Abstract

Previous or relevant research is crucial in any study or scientific article. It serves to strengthen the theory and explain the relationships or influences between variables. This article reviews the factors influencing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, based on a literature review in marketing management. The findings of this literature review are: 1) Service quality affects customer satisfaction; 2) Customer satisfaction impacts customer loyalty.
