Evaluasi Kelayakan Kemitraan Logistik pada Industri E-Commerce: Sebuah Systematic Literature Review

Pertumbuhan pesat e-commerce telah meningkatkan kebutuhan akan penyedia layanan logistik pihak ketiga (3PL) yang andal dan berbasis teknologi, yang mampu mendukung pengiriman cepat, pemenuhan pesanan yang akurat, serta pertukaran informasi secara real-time. Seiring semakin kompleksnya operasi e-commerce, evaluasi kemitraan logistik menjadi area pengambilan keputusan strategis yang berdampak pada kinerja layanan, efisiensi operasional, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini melakukan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 35 artikel terindeks yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2016 hingga 2025 dan diperoleh melalui Scopus, ScienceDirect, dan Emerald Insight. Proses SLR mengikuti pedoman PRISMA yang mencakup tahapan identifikasi, penyaringan, penilaian kelayakan, dan seleksi akhir. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan enam tema utama kriteria evaluasi kemitraan logistik, yaitu: (1) kinerja operasional dan service level agreement (SLA), (2) kapasitas dan kapabilitas logistik, (3) integrasi teknologi dan kualitas informasi, (4) biaya dan efisiensi ekonomi, (5) risiko dan resiliensi rantai pasok, serta (6) keberlanjutan. Secara metodologis, studi yang diulas menggunakan pendekatan yang beragam, antara lain multi-criteria decision making (MCDM), optimalisasi matematis, analitik data, machine learning, dan analisis konseptual. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa SLA dan integrasi teknologi menjadi dimensi evaluasi yang paling dominan dalam ekosistem e-commerce modern, diikuti oleh biaya, risiko, dan logistik berkelanjutan. Kajian ini berkontribusi dengan memberikan pemetaan komprehensif mengenai kriteria evaluasi serta pola metodologi, sekaligus mengidentifikasi gap penelitian seperti perlunya model evaluasi berbasis data real-time dan peningkatan studi empiris di kawasan Asia Tenggara.
