Pengaruh Artificial Intelligence terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kesiapan Teknologi sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada PT Anugerah Karya Lautan Berkah

Abstract

Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) mendorong peningkatan efisiensi dan kualitas kerja karyawan melalui otomatisasi ataupun pertimbangan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dampak pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Anugerah Karya Lautan Berkah yang di moderasi oleh kesiapan teknologi. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampling jenuh terhadap 34 karyawan yang memanfaatkan Artificial Intelligence dalam proses kerja, hubungan antar variabel di uji menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Artificial Intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan T statistic 4,596 > 1,645 dan P value 0,000 < 0.05. Namun, kesiapan teknologi tidak memoderasi hubungan tersebut secara signifikan dengan T statistic 1,188 < 1,645 dan P value 0,117 > 0,05, meskipun menunjukkan arah hubungan yang positif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sementara kesiapan teknologi lebih berperan sebagai faktor pendukung.
