PERANCANGAN APLIKASI MONITORING MASA KEDALUWARSA BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT (RAD) PADA CABANG FARMERS MARKET CITRA LAKE SAWANGAN. Masa kedaluwarsa produk merupakan aspek krusial dalam manajemen inventaris ritel. Proses pengecekan manual yang selama ini diterapkan di Farmers Market Citra Lake Sawangan menimbulkan permasalahan berupa keterlambatan pencatatan, potensi human error, dan kurangnya monitoring terpusat. Penelitian ini merancang aplikasi berbasis web untuk monitoring masa kedaluwarsa dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi PHP, MySQL, dan Bootstrap. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan menyediakan fitur login multi-level (admin, manajer, staf), notifikasi produk mendekati kedaluwarsa, pencatatan lokasi gondola, serta ekspor laporan ke Excel. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem dapat mempercepat proses pengecekan, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial secara real-time. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan meminimalkan risiko kerugian akibat produk kedaluwarsa.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A WEB-BASED EXPIRATION MONITORING APPLICATION USING THE RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT (RAD) METHOD: A CASE STUDY AT FARMERS MARKET CITRA LAKE SAWANGAN Product expiration is a crucial aspect of inventory management in retail. The manual checking process applied at Farmers Market Citra Lake Sawangan often leads to delayed recording, human errors, and the absence of centralized monitoring. This study designs a web-based expiration monitoring application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The system was developed with PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap. Key features include multi-level login (admin, manager, staff), notifications for products nearing expiration, gondola location recording, and Excel report export. The implementation results show that the system accelerates the checking process, improves data accuracy, and supports real-time managerial decision-making. Therefore, the application enhances operational efficiency and reduces the risk of losses due to expired products.
