Peran Employee Engagement Sebagai Mediasi pada Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari stress kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap turnover intention yang di mediasi employee engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan spare part otomotif daerah Cikarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sample yang digunakan adalah seluruh staff dengan jumlah 55 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui google form dalam mengisi survei online. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini sepenuhnya menggunakan bantuan program software smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stress kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, stress kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee engagement, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee engagement, employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention yang di mediasi employee engagement, employee engagement mampu memediasi pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap turnover intention.References
