Pengembangan Kompetensi Kepemimpinan Adaptif di PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator Melalui Aplikasi Jm Click 2.0

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengembangan kompetensi kepemimpinan adaptif dapat membantu karyawannya untuk mengerjakan pekerjaannya dan apakah kompetensi tersebut bisa diperoleh melalui pembelajaran pada aplikasi JM Click 2.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tematik konten analisis, dilakukan wawancara karyawan PT. JMTO maupun karyawan penugasan dari PT. Jasa Marga yang menduduki jabatan sebagai Supervisor Customer Service di wilayah Surabaya untuk mendapatkan hasil mendalam dan detil. Didapati hasil dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan merasakan manfaat dari pembelajaran kompetensi kepemimpinan adaptif yang dinilai cukup aplikatif namun tetap menyadari tantangan yang ada dalam pembelajaran melalui aplikasi JM Click 2.0. Sehingga, rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan kepada organisasi adalah dengan menghimbau karyawan secara periodik untuk mengakses pembelajaran selain usaha untuk terus mengembangkan konten pembelajaran supaya didapatkan pembelajaran berkelanjutan, menarik dan tetap memerhatikan durasi.
