Peran Kepemimpinan Strategis Dalam Menghadapi Kondisi Era Angsa

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji peran dari kepemimpinan strategis dalam menghadapi suatu kondisi ketidakpastian dan kondisi yang tidak terprediksi yang diistilahkan dengan Era Angsa. Kondisi ini memerlukan kemampuan manajerial di level atas untuk merumuskan strategi dan menyusun model kepemimpinan strategis adaptif yang mampu memprediksi, mencegah, mengelola, dan mengatasi krisis dalam kondisi ketidakpastian dan tidak terprediksi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengukuran menggunakan semPLS, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 80 responden terpilih di beberapa organisasi pemerintah dan swasta serta membuat kerangka konseptual untuk mengeksplorasi bentuk kepemimpinan strategis di bawah ketidakpastian. Dari hasil analisa data dan pengujian hipotesa ditemukan bahwa dalam menghadapi kondisi ketidakpastian faktor Complexity Leadership Capability berpengaruh terhadap Strategic Leadership Responsibility. Disisi lain, hasil hipotesa menunjukan bahwa kondisi new mental dan adaptasi kebiasaan baru tidak berpengaruh terhadap Complexity Leadership Capability. Sedangkan Strategic Leadership Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap Strategic adaptive Capability. Pemimpin organisasi perlu mendesain ulang model mental dan pendekatan kepemimpinan yang merefleksikan kondisi kebiasaan baru dalam kondisi ketidakpastian dan tidak terprediksi.References
