Pengaruh Quality Of Work Life Terhadap Career Satisfaction Dengan Variabel Mediasi Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Job Commitment dan Work-Life Balance

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quality of Work Life terhadap Work Life Balance dengan Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, dan Job Commitment sebagai variabel intervensi. Quality of Work Life adalah tentang kualitas hubungan antara karyawan dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei kuisioner terhadap responden yang merupakan karyawan di Industri Oil & Gas dengan setidaknya satu tahun pengalaman. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google form. Metode penyebaran kuesioner sendiri menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dimana pengumpulan dan penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara acak kepada seluruh karyawan Industri Oil & Gas. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.29. Hasil penelitian ini semua variabel bersifat valid dan ideal karena memiliki nilai > 0,05. Untuk tingkat Reliabilitas pada data memiliki nilai Cronbach's Alpha 0,80-1,0. Berdasarkan data tersebut, semua data data masuk kedalam kategori baik dengan tingkat nilai reliabilitas tinggi. Dari data, Hipotesis setiap variabel diterima karena nilai taraf signifikansi nilai T-Statistics variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen memiliki nilai diatas nilai T-Statistics 1,96 serta dengan probabilitas P Values kurang dari 0,050.References
