JENIUS (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia) is a journal published by the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Pamulang University. Scope and Focus covers the fields of Management and Human Resources. Initial Publishing of Vol.1, No.1 September 2017 (SK no. 0005.25812769/JI.3.1/SK.ISSN/ 2017.09 dated September 27, 2017. In one volume, it journal publishes 3 (three) journal editions in print and online editions.
JENIUS (Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia) accepts articles to be reviewed by internal or external editors. Next, the article will be reviewed by Reviewers journal with expertise in the field of Human Resources.
