Authors who publish with Pamulang Law Review (PalRev) agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright of their work and grant Pamulang Law Review the right of first publication. The published work will be licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, reproduction, adaptation, and sharing in any medium, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source of publication.
- Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work, including depositing it in institutional repositories, personal websites, academic social networks, or other scholarly platforms, provided that acknowledgment is given to its initial publication in Pamulang Law Review.
- Authors are encouraged to disseminate and share their work online before, during, and after the submission and publication process, as such practices can facilitate productive scholarly exchange, increase visibility, and contribute to greater citation impact.
- Authors warrant that the submitted manuscript is original, does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, and has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another publication.
- Any use of published materials from Pamulang Law Review must include proper attribution to the author(s) and citation of the original publication in the journal.
- In the event of proven ethical violations, plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, or other forms of academic misconduct, the Editorial Board reserves the right to take corrective actions, including article correction, withdrawal, or retraction in accordance with internationally recognized publication ethics standards.
Privacy Statement
Pamulang Law Review (PalRev) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all personal information collected through its journal management and publication system. The journal recognizes the importance of safeguarding personal data in accordance with applicable ethical standards and data protection principles.
The names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, ORCID identifiers, and any other personal information provided by authors, reviewers, editors, and users of this journal will be used solely for editorial, peer-review, publication, indexing, archiving, and communication purposes directly related to the operation of Pamulang Law Review.
Personal information will not be disclosed, sold, rented, transferred, or made available to third parties for commercial, marketing, or unrelated purposes without the explicit consent of the data subject, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for legitimate scholarly publishing activities, such as DOI registration, indexing services, plagiarism screening, digital preservation, and citation tracking.
Pamulang Law Review implements reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. By registering with or submitting content to the journal, users acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of their information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to update this Privacy Statement when necessary to comply with evolving legal, ethical, and publishing standards.
