Pamulang Law Review (PalRev) provides immediate open access to all published scholarly content as part of its commitment to ensuring that legal knowledge is publicly available and widely disseminated. The journal considers open accessibility an essential element of scholarly communication, enabling research findings to circulate beyond institutional and geographical boundaries and supporting the continuous development of legal scholarship.

All articles are available in full text immediately upon publication without subscription charges, registration requirements, or other access restrictions. Readers and other users may access, read, download, reproduce, share, distribute, and otherwise use published materials in accordance with the terms of the applicable Creative Commons license. No embargo period is imposed on articles published by the journal.

Articles published in Pamulang Law Review are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Under this license, users may copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format and may remix, transform, or build upon the material, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original author(s), a reference to the license is provided, and any adaptations are distributed under the same or a compatible license.

The copyright of each published article remains with its author(s). By publishing with Pamulang Law Review, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and authorize the dissemination and preservation of their work as part of the journal's scholarly record. The journal does not impose restrictions that are inconsistent with the rights granted under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
