Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Turnover Intention di PT Elastis Reka Aktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif asosiatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada sampel yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara Kepuasan Kerja dan Turnover Intention, dengan koefisien korelasi Pearson sebesar 0,837 yang menjelaskan 70,1% dari varians. Komitmen Organisasional juga menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan Turnover Intention, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,630, menjelaskan 39,7% dari varians. Secara bersama-sama, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional memberikan pengaruh signifikan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,843 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,710, menjelaskan 71,0% dari varians Turnover Intention.Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional dalam mengurangi turnover karyawan. Organisasi dapat meningkatkan stabilitas tenaga kerja dan mengurangi gangguan operasional dengan mengatasi faktor-faktor tersebut. Membangun budaya kerja yang mendukung kepuasan dan komitmen karyawan sangat penting untuk mendorong retensi, meningkatkan semangat kerja, dan mencapai keberhasilan jangka panjang organisasi.
