PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MONITORING AKADEMIK DENGAN METODE GOAL DIRECTED DESIGN (GDD)BERBASIS WEB (STUDI KASUS: RA/TPQ DAARUSSA’ADAH). Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong banyak institusi pendidikan untuk menerapkan sistem digital guna meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan dan pengawasan akademik. RA/TPQ Daarussa’adah masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan data siswa, guru, absensi, nilai, dan komunikasi antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua yang belum terintegrasi secara sistematis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi monitoring akademik berbasis web dengan pendekatan Goal Directed Design (GDD). Metode GDD digunakan karena mampu memfokuskan perancangan sistem berdasarkan kebutuhan dan tujuan pengguna, yaitu admin/guru, orang tua. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang memudahkan pemantauan data akademik, mempercepat proses evaluasi siswa, serta meningkatkan komunikasi antara sekolah dan orang tua. Dengan penerapan sistem ini, proses akademik menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan terstruktur.

ABSTRACT
DESIGN OF AN ACADEMIC MONITORING INFORMATION SYSTEM USING THE GOAL DIRECTED DESIGN (GDD) METHOD BASED ON WEB (CASE STUDY: RA/TPQ DAARUSSA’ADAH). The development of information technology has encouraged many educational institutions to implement digital systems to enhance the effectiveness of academic management and supervision. RA/TPQ Daarussa’adah still faces challenges in managing student and teacher data, attendance, grades, and communication between the school and parents, which have not yet been systematically integrated. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based academic monitoring information system using the Goal Directed Design (GDD) approach. The GDD method is employed because it allows system design to focus on the needs and goals of its users, namely admins/teachers and parents. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The result of this study is an information system that facilitates academic data monitoring, accelerates the student evaluation process, and improves communication between the school and parents. With the implementation of this system, academic processes become more effective, efficient, and structured.
