Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training and outreach to create a generation of superior human resources. The method used in this activity includes training and motivational encouragement delivered in the form of lectures and face-to-face meetings. The target of this activity is the students of Muhammadiyah 3 Vocational School In South Tangerang, located at Jl. Dewi Sartika Gg.Nangka No.3, Ciputat, Subdistrict Ciputat, South Tangerang City, Banten 15411. The results show that after the implementation of this activity for the students: 1) It increases understanding and awareness of the importance of morality in everyday life; 2) The formation of more positive, responsible, and ethical behavior in both school and community environments; 3) Fostering a spirit of leadership and social concern from an early age. For schools: 1) Receiving input and support in strengthening character education programs; 2) Enhancing the image and quality of educational institutions as pioneers in shaping a moral generation; 3) Strengthening the relationship between educators, students, and the surrounding community. For the community: 1) The emergence of a moral generation of youth that positively contributes to the social environment. 2) Increasing community participation in supporting character education in schools. 3) Realizing closer collaboration between educational institutions and the community in building the nation's morality
