Analisis Pembiayaan Perancangan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya 50kWp Universitas Pamulang Menggunakan PV-Syst 7.3

Abstract

Energy is one of the main needs in human life. One of the sources of electrical energy from fossils that is continuously used to meet daily needs will gradually become depleted. The shortage of fossil fuels produces most of the energy. Solar power plants (PLTS) are a type of electrical energy generation that uses the great potential of sunlight to generate electricity. The construction of solar power plants requires very expensive installation costs, so an economic analysis is needed to find out the amount of initial investment that must be provided. In addition, a project feasibility study and an economic study are needed to calculate the construction cost and feasibility of the construction of the solar power plant. To achieve the goals of a project development that meets the criteria of cost (budget), and quality (quality). Using an analysis method based on data obtained from the research site. The results of the analysis of the solar PV design financing show that the work on the solar power plant project spent an initial investment of Rp. 1,717,149,250 and in the implementation spent an initial investment of a total cost of Rp. 1,954,517,250.

Abstrak

Energi merupakan salah satu kebutuhan utama dalam kehidupan manusia. Salah satu sumber energi listrik dari fosil yang terus menerus digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari semakin lama akan semakin menipis. Kekurangan jumlah bahan bakar fosil menghasilkan sebagian besar energi. Pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) adalah jenis pembangkit energi listrik yang menggunakan potensi besar sinar matahari untuk menghasilkan listrik. Konstruksi PLTS memerlukan biaya pemasangan yang sangat mahal, jadi diperlukan analisa ekonomi untuk mengetahui besarnya investasi awal yang harus disediakan. Selain itu, diperlukan studi kelayakan proyek dan studi ekonomi untuk menghitung biaya pembangunan dan kelayakan pembangunan sistem PLTS tersebut. Untuk mencapai tujuan dari sebuah pembangunan proyek yang memenuhi kriteria biaya (anggaran), dan mutu (kualitas). Menggunakan metode analisis berdasarkan data yang didapat dari tempat penelitian. Hasil analisis pembiayaan perancangan PLTS menunjukkan, pengerjaan proyek PLTS menghabiskan investasi awal sebesar Rp. 1.717.149.250 dan dalam pelaksanaan menghabiskan investasi awal sebesar biaya total sebesar Rp 1.954.517.250.
