Sistem Kendali Pemanas Air pada Mesin Mixer Menggunakan TC4S Autonics untuk Menjaga Kualitas Pencampuran Bahan

Abstract

Water is a necessity for human life. Along with the development of technology, the use of water to help with work, one of which is for heating materials in a mixer machine by heating water using a heating element. The control system used is TC4S Autonics and other important components such as water pumps and temperature sensors. When the lower limit sensor detects a minimum temperature, the switch on the sensor will change to on, then the input is processed by TC4S Autonics to provide an output in the form of a water pump that will turn on automatically to flow water that has been heated using a heating element in the water reservoir as a heater for the material that will pass around the mixer machine, if the temperature is stable, TC4S Autonics will control the water pump to turn off automatically to stop the flow of water. The heating system in this material functions to mix other materials evenly. The research media uses heated water and for the material using margarine. The results of the study of normal temperature to the desired temperature (30-78°C) took 3 hours 42 minutes and for the research process of temperature stability for 60 minutes. This system can be declared successful with a minimum temperature and maximum temperature limiter system automatically.

Air merupakan kebutuhan bagi kehidupan manusia. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, penggunaan air dalam membantu pekerjaan salah satunya untuk pemanas pada bahan di mesin mixer dengan pemanasan air menggunakan elemen pemanas. Sistem kontrol yang digunakan yaitu TC4S Autonics dan komponen penting lainnya seperti pompa air dan sensor suhu. Ketika sensor batas bawah mendeteksi suhu minimal, maka switch pada sensor akan berubah menjadi on, kemudian input tersebut diolah oleh TC4S Autonics untuk memberikan keluaran berupa pompa air yang akan menyala otomatis untuk mengalirkan air yang sudah dipanaskan menggunakan elemen pemanas di bak penampung air sebagai pemanas pada bahan yang akan melewati sekitar mesin mixer tersebut, apabila saat suhu sudah stabil, maka TC4S Autonics akan mengontrol pompa air mati secara otomatis untuk menghentikan laju air. Sistem pemanas pada bahan ini berfungsi untuk proses pencampuran bahan lainnya merata. Media penelitian menggunakan air yang dipanaskan dan untuk bahan menggunakan margarin. Hasil penelitian suhu normal sampai suhu yang diinginkan (30-78°C) memerlukan waktu 3 jam 42 menit dan untuk proses penelitian kestabilan suhu selama 60 menit. Sistem ini dapat dinyatakan berhasil dengan sistem pembatas suhu minimal dan suhu maksimal secara otomatis.
