Analisis Efisiensi Motor Induksi Tiga Fasa pada Mesin Jet Dyeing
Abstract
The company that produces nylon yarn with a production capacity of 12,000 tons per year consists of polyamide nylon 6, textured, twisted, and micro filament yarn for various kinds of weaving fabrics and knitting fabrics, whose drive machines often use induction motors. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the efficiency of the induction motor used, especially in jet dyeing engines, to improve operational efficiency. The measurement method for the voltage-compensated ampere ratio obtained an efficiency of 92.3%, so the 3-phase induction motor used is classified as IE2 class or high efficiency.

Abstrak
Perusahaan yang memproduksi benang nylon dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 12.000 ton per tahun terdiri dari benang polyamid nylon 6, textured, twisted dan micro filament yarn untuk berbagai macam pembuatan kain tenun dan kain rajut yang mesin penggeraknya banyak sekali menggunakan motor induksi. Maka perlu dilakukan analisis efisiensi motor induksi yang dipakai, terutama pada mesin jet dyeing sehinga operasional menjadi efisien. Metode pengukuran voltage compensated ampere ratio mendapatkan hasil nilai pengukuran efisiensi sebesar 92,3%, sehingga motor induksi 3 fasa yang digunakan tergolong ke dalam klasifikasi IE2 clasess atau high eficiency.
