Sistem Verifikasi Hasil Rewinding Motor Listrik Tiga Fasa

Abstract

This study designed and implemented a verification system for the results of rewinding a three-phase electric motor based on the Internet of Things (IoT) with ESP32 and PZEM-004T sensors. Small to medium-scale rewinding workshops generally do not have accurate and transparent technical documentation, so the quality of repair results is difficult to validate objectively. This research aims to develop an automated data verification system that refers to IEC 60034-23:2019, EASA AR100-2020, and SNI IEC 60034-1:2013 standards. The system is designed to perform data acquisition on voltage, current, active power, and frequency parameters in all three phases, and then transmit the data to Google Sheets over an internet connection. The data sent is automatically processed into technical reports through the integration of Google Apps Script. The test results showed an average voltage measurement deviation of ±0.116% and a current deviation of 3.03-3.99%, which is still within the tolerance limits of the IEC 62053-21 standard for class 2 measuring instruments. The system is able to display the eligibility status of "OK" or "Not OK" based on a comparison of the set point that has been set. These findings show that the integration of IoT and Cloud services effectively improves measurement accuracy, speeds up administrative processes, and transparency of technical documentation. This system contributes to improving service quality, operational efficiency, and customer trust in the rewinding workshop.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan suatu sistem verifikasi hasil rewinding motor listrik tiga fasa berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan ESP32 dan sensor PZEM-004T. Bengkel rewinding skala kecil hingga menengah umumnya belum memiliki dokumentasi teknis yang akurat dan transparan, sehingga kualitas hasil perbaikan sulit divalidasi secara objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem verifikasi data otomatis yang mengacu pada standar IEC 60034-23:2019, EASA AR100-2020, dan SNI IEC 60034-1:2013. Sistem dirancang untuk melakukan akuisisi data terhadap parameter tegangan, arus, daya aktif, dan frekuensi pada ketiga fasa, kemudian mengirimkan data ke Google Sheets melalui koneksi internet. Data yang terkirim diproses secara otomatis menjadi laporan teknis melalui integrasi Google Apps Script. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan deviasi pengukuran tegangan rata-rata ±0,116% dan deviasi arus 3,03-3,99%, yang masih berada dalam batas toleransi standar IEC 62053-21 untuk alat ukur kelas 2. Sistem mampu menampilkan status kelayakan “OK” atau “Not OK” berdasarkan perbandingan terhadap set point yang telah ditetapkan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi IoT dan layanan Cloud efektif meningkatkan akurasi pengukuran, mempercepat proses administrasi, dan transparansi dokumentasi teknis. Sistem ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu layanan, efisiensi operasional, dan kepercayaan pelanggan pada bengkel rewinding.
