Monitoring Sistem Alarm Unit Offshore Menggunakan HMI dan PLC

Abstract

A system that utilizes PLC and HMI technology to control the temperature and humidity of the air, pressure, and wind speed of the Offshore Alarm area automatically. This system can monitor the condition of the operating room in real-time and provide feedback to the operator via the HMI interface. By using this system, the operator can easily adjust the temperature and humidity, pressure, and see the speed conditions that occur outside the Offshore area according to the desired needs and conditions, thus ensuring the comfort and safety of employees around the Offshore area. This system also has a self-diagnosis feature that can detect and provide warnings about problems that may occur in the system, thus helping to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. The error value of the XY-MD02 sensor measurement at temperature is 0.81% while the error value at humidity is 2.29%.

Abstrak

Sistem yang memanfaatkan teknologi PLC dan HMI untuk mengontrol suhu dan kelembaban udara, tekanan dan kecepatan angin area alarm offshore secara otomatis. Sistem ini dapat memonitor kondisi ruang operasi secara real-time dan memberikan feedback ke operator melalui antar muka HMI. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini, operator dapat dengan mudah mengatur suhu dan kelembaban udara, tekanan serta melihat keadaan kecepatan yang terjadi diluar area Offshore sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi yang diinginkan, sehingga menjamin kenyamanan dan keselamatan karyawan yang berada disekitar area Offshore. Sistem ini juga memiliki fitur self-diagnosis yang dapat mendeteksi dan memberikan peringatan terhadap masalah yang mungkin terjadi pada sistem, sehingga membantu menjamin kinerja yang optimal dan mengurangi down time. Nilai galat dari pengukuran sensor XY- MD02 pada suhu adalah 0.81% sedangkan nilai galat pada kelembapan adalah 2.29%.
