PERANCANGAN APLIKASI POINT OF SALE MULTI CABANG BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PADA ZHAFIRA FLOWERS. Di era digital, sistem Point of Sale (POS) sangat penting bagi bisnis retail untuk mengelola penjualan, stok, dan laporan keuangan secara efisien. Zhafira Flowers, yang menjual bunga dan tanaman, masih mencatat transaksi secara manual di buku, sehingga sering terjadi ketidakakuratan data, keterlambatan rekap penjualan, dan sulitnya sinkronisasi antar cabang. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi POS multi-cabang berbasis web yang mampu mengintegrasikan data penjualan dan stok secara real-time. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan tahapan requirements planning, design workshop, dan implementation. Setiap hasil sementara dievaluasi bersama pengguna untuk mendapatkan umpan balik cepat. Sistem yang dibangun memiliki fitur utama pengelolaan transaksi penjualan, sinkronisasi data antar cabang, pemantauan stok, dan pembuatan laporan otomatis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan mempercepat akses data di seluruh cabang. Dengan POS berbasis web, pemilik bisnis dapat memantau operasional dan mengambil keputusan lebih cepat dan akurat, sehingga mendukung perkembangan bisnis yang lebih kompetitif.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A MULTI-BRANCH WEB-BASED POINT OF SALE APPLICATION USING THE RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT METHOD AT ZHAFIRA FLOWERS. In the current digital era, the implementation of a Point of Sale (POS) system plays a vital role in enabling retail businesses to efficiently manage sales transactions, inventory control, and financial reporting. Zhafira Flowers, a retail enterprise specializing in flowers and plants, still relies on manual transaction recording using physical ledgers. This practice often results in data inaccuracies, delays in sales recapitulation, and challenges in synchronizing information across branches. This research aims to design and develop a web-based multi-branch POS application capable of integrating sales and inventory data in real time. The study adopts the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which encompasses the stages of requirements planning, design workshops, and implementation. Each development iteration is directly evaluated with end users to obtain timely feedback for system refinement. The proposed system incorporates key features such as sales transaction management, inter-branch data synchronization, inventory monitoring, and automated report generation. The research findings indicate that the system enhances operational efficiency, minimizes recording errors, and accelerates access to sales and inventory data across all branches. Consequently, the implementation of this web-based POS is expected to facilitate more accurate decision-making and strengthen the business’s competitiveness in the market.
