PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PPDB BERBASIS WEBSITE DENGAN METODE AGILE PADA SMK NUSANTARA CITAYAM.Permasalahan kehilangan formulir pendaftaran dan lambatnya proses rekap data menjadi hambatan dalam pengelolaan administrasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di SMK Nusantara. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dikembangkan sistem pendaftaran berbasis web dengan pendekatan Agile Development. Metode ini dipilih karena fleksibel terhadap perubahan dan efektif untuk proyek berskala kecil dengan tim terbatas. Sistem dirancang untuk menyimpan data secara otomatis, aman, dan terpusat guna meminimalkan risiko kehilangan dokumen fisik. Selain itu, fitur rekapitulasi dan pelaporan data yang terstruktur mempercepat pengelolaan serta analisis informasi secara real-time tanpa proses manual. Implementasi sistem ini tidak hanya menyederhanakan proses administratif, tetapi juga meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Dengan dukungan teknologi ini, proses PPDB di SMK Nusantara menjadi lebih tertib, transparan, dan siap dikembangkan sesuai kebutuhan institusi..

ABSTRACT

WEBSITE-BASED PPDB INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN USING THE AGILE METHOD AT SMK NUSANTARA CITAYAM. The issue of lost registration forms and the slow data recap process has become an obstacle in the administrative management of New Student Admissions (PPDB) at SMK Nusantara. To address these challenges, a web-based registration system was developed using the Agile Development approach. This method was chosen for its flexibility in adapting to changes and its effectiveness for small-scale projects with limited teams. The system is designed to store data automatically, securely, and centrally to minimize the risk of losing physical documents. Additionally, structured data recap and reporting features accelerate information management and analysis in real-time without manual processes. The implementation of this system not only simplifies administrative tasks but also enhances work efficiency and supports more accurate decision-making. With the support of this technology, the PPDB process at SMK Nusantara becomes more orderly, transparent, and ready to be further developed based on institutional needs.
