PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI UNDANGAN WISUDA DIGITAL BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT (RAD) PADA TPQ SAQUBI. Perkembangan teknologi mendorong digitalisasi berbagai proses, termasuk registrasi dan pengelolaan undangan acara wisuda. TPQ SAQUBI selama ini masih menggunakan metode manual dengan buku tamu yang menimbulkan antrean, potensi kesalahan pencatatan, dan sulitnya verifikasi kehadiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Undangan Wisuda Digital berbasis website untuk mempermudah pendaftaran, pembayaran, pengelolaan data, serta verifikasi tamu menggunakan QR Code. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang melibatkan pengguna pada setiap tahap perancangan sehingga sistem dapat dikembangkan secara cepat dan sesuai kebutuhan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan Black Box Testing untuk memastikan fungsionalitas berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Hasilnya, sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mempercepat registrasi, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta memperbaiki efisiensi dan keamanan pengelolaan acara wisuda di TPQ SAQUBI.

ABSTRACT
DESIGN OF A WEBSITE-BASED DIGITAL GRADUATION INVITATION INFORMATION SYSTEM USING THE RAPID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT (RAD) METHOD AT TPQ SAQUBI. Technological developments are driving the digitalization of various processes, including registration and management of graduation invitations. TPQ SAQUBI has been using manual methods with guest books, which create queues, potential recording errors, and difficulty verifying attendance. This research aims to design and build a website-based Digital Graduation Invitation Information System to simplify registration, payment, data management, and guest verification using QR Codes. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which involves users at every stage of the design so that the system can be developed quickly and according to needs. Testing is carried out using Black Box Testing to ensure functionality runs according to specifications. As a result, the developed system is able to accelerate registration, increase data accuracy, and improve the efficiency and security of graduation event management at TPQ SAQUBI.
