Pengaruh Career development, Salary and benefit dan Psychological contract terhadap Job hopping Generasi Z pada Sektor F&B di Jakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Career development, Salary and benefit dan Psychological contract terhadap Job hopping pada pekerja Generasi Z di perusahaan F&B wilayah Muara Karang Raya. Sektor F&B merupakan salah satu sektor yang banyak menyerap tenaga kerja Generasi Z melalui posisi entry-level, tapi juga dikenal memiliki tingkat turnover yang tinggi sehingga meningkatkan kecenderungan terjadinya Job hopping. Generasi Z cenderung mengaharapkan peluang Career development yang jelas, Salary and benefit yang tinggi dan juga Psychological contract yang memenuhi ekspektasi pekerja. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner yang didstribusikan kepada 161 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Rancangan penilitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis, sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Multiple Regression dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 23 untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya Salary and benefit yang berpengaruh negatif terhadap Job hopping, sedangkan Career development dan Psychological contract tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan.
