Abstract

Desa Wisata Kayupuring merupakan destinasi unggulan di Kecamatan Petungkriyono, Kabupaten Pekalongan, dengan potensi wisata alam berupa pegunungan, air terjun, dan hutan pinus. Wilayah ini memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap bencana tanah longsor, banjir, dan gempa bumi yang dapat mengganggu kegiatan wisata. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan mitigasi bencana dan Business Continuity Plan (BCP) dilaksanakan pada 23 Oktober 2025 di Kayu Coffee, Desa Wisata Kayupuring, oleh tim mahasiswa ITSNU Pekalongan bekerja sama dengan BPBD dan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Pekalongan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana serta menyusun BCP untuk keberlanjutan usaha pariwisata. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, simulasi evakuasi, dan pendampingan penyusunan BCP. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta, terbentuknya Tim Relawan Desa Tangguh Bencana, dan tersusunnya draft BCP Desa Wisata Kayupuring. Selain itu, diperkenalkan aplikasi WISME-4 untuk mendukung digitalisasi manajemen wisata. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi pada penguatan ketahanan desa wisata berbasis mitigasi dan inovasi digital
