Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kausalitas antara dimensi komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan dengan variabel motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi.

Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan SEM-PLS sebagai analisis data penelitian.

Hasil. Hasil uji hipotesis penelitian melalui analisis data SmartPLS menunjukkan: 1) kinerja dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh komitmen organisasional, 2) komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh motivasi, 3) kinerja dipengaruhi secara positif oleh variabel motivasi, dan 4) komitmen organisasional tidak terbukti sebagai variabel moderasi hubungan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan.

Implikasi. Hasil memberikan alternative solusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi dan komitmen organisasi.
