Abstract

Semakin besar pengaruh Toxic Workplace, Work Stressors, dan Cultural Stressors terhadap karyawan, maka semakin tidak baik pula Mental Health Outcomes yang secara langsung mempengaruhi Employee Well-Being. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Toxic Workplace, Work Stressors, dan Cultural Stressors terhadap Employee Well-Being yang dimediasi oleh Mental Health Outcomes pada Perusahaan Distributor Elektronik Cengkareng Timur. Mengunakan metode Purposive sampling terdiri dari 150 karyawan dari 13 perusahaan distributor elektronik di Cengkareng Timur. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toxic workplace, Work Stressors, dan Cultural Stressors memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Mental Health Outcomes, dan Hasil Mental Health Outcomes memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Empolyees Well-Being. Toxic workplace dan Cultural Stressors,sedangkan Work Stressors tidak berpengaruh. Hal ini membuat, perusahaan harus memperhatikan lingkungan kerja dan stres karyawan, karena keduanya memiliki pengaruh terhadap Empolyees Well-Being.
