PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI APLIKASI E-COMMERCE BERBASIS WEB DENGAN METODE AGILE PADA PT. PRIFE SINAR SEJAHTERA. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah mendorong transformasi digital di berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor kesehatan. E-commerce menjadi salah satu platform penting dalam mendukung penjualan dan jasa secara online, khususnya untuk produk-produk kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi aplikasi e-commerce berbasis web yang mendukung layanan bisnis produk kesehatan IteraCare. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Agile, yang memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara iteratif dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, proses perancangan dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan tim pengembang dan pengguna akhir, sehingga mampu memberikan hasil yang lebih responsif dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan kebutuhan bisnis. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan aplikasi e-commerce yang efektif, efisien, dan user-friendly, serta mampu meningkatkan aksesibilitas layanan produk kesehatan bagi konsumen secara online.

ABSTRACT

DESIGN OF A WEB BASED E-COMMERCE APPLICATION INFORMATION SYSTEM USING THE AGILE METHOD AT PT. PRIFE SINAR SEJAHTERA. The rapid development of information technology has encouraged digital transformation in various sectors, including the health sector. E-commerce is one of the important platforms in supporting online sales and services, especially for health products. This research aims to design a web-based e-commerce application information system that supports IteraCare's health product business services. The methodology used in this study is Agile, which allows system development in an iterative and adaptive manner to user needs. Using this method, the design process is carried out collaboratively with the development team and end users, so that it is able to provide results that are more responsive and flexible to changing business needs. The results of this study are expected to produce an effective, efficient, and user-friendly e-commerce application, as well as be able to increase the accessibility of health product services for consumers online.
