Abstract

Karyawan merupakan komponen utama suatu perusahaan dan menjadi pelaku dalam setiap aktivitas perusahaan. Perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki karyawan yang kompeten dan memiliki kinerja yang baik. Work engagement adalah sebuah konsep dimana karyawan memiliki komitmen dan semangat bekerja tinggi dalam pekerjaannya, selain itu karyawan membawa ide baru untuk perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) terhadap Work Engagement (WE) karyawan di CV 51 Abadi Ambon, dengan fokus pada hubungan antara kualitas interaksi atasan dan bawahan serta tingkat keterlibatan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 61 karyawan CV 51 Abadi Ambon. Analisis data menggunakan teknik bootstrapping menghasilkan nilai t-statistic sebesar 8,376 dan p-value sebesar 0,00, yang keduanya menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) dan Work Engagement (WE). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas hubungan yang baik antara atasan dan bawahan dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja karyawan, yang pada gilirannya berpotensi memperbaiki kinerja dan produktivitas organisasi.
