IMPLEMENTASI GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KEBERLANJUTAN ORGANISASI: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) merupakan pendekatan strategis yang
mengintegrasikan sasaran lingkungan ke dalam fungsi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Namun,
keberadaan kebijakan hijau belum selalu menghasilkan kinerja keberlanjutan karena efektivitasnya
ditentukan oleh konsistensi implementasi, dukungan pimpinan, keterlibatan karyawan, dan
keselarasan dengan strategi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi bentuk
implementasi GHRM, mekanisme yang menghubungkannya dengan kinerja keberlanjutan, serta
kondisi yang memperkuat atau melemahkan pengaruh tersebut. Kajian menggunakan systematic
literature review dengan prinsip pelaporan PRISMA 2020. Penelusuran terstruktur mencakup
publikasi periode 2013-2025 menggunakan kata kunci green human resource management, green
HRM implementation, employee green behavior, green innovation, environmental performance,
dan sustainability performance. Sebanyak 26 publikasi inti yang memenuhi kriteria relevansi
konseptual, keterjelasan metode, dan kesesuaian outcome dianalisis melalui sintesis tematik. Hasil
kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi efektif dibangun melalui green recruitment, green training
and development, green performance management, green rewards, dan green employee
involvement. Praktik-praktik tersebut meningkatkan kemampuan, motivasi, dan kesempatan
karyawan untuk menjalankan perilaku ramah lingkungan serta menghasilkan inovasi hijau.
Pengaruh GHRM terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan terutama berlangsung melalui perilaku hijau
karyawan, budaya organisasi hijau, berbagi pengetahuan, dan inovasi hijau. Kepemimpinan hijau,
dukungan organisasi, ketersediaan sumber daya, dan konsistensi antarpraktik menjadi kondisi
penguat. Kajian ini menghasilkan kerangka implementasi enam tahap, yaitu diagnosis,
penyelarasan, pengembangan kompetensi, partisipasi, penguatan, dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan.
