PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDATAAN ALUMNI BERBASIS WEB DENGAN METODE INCREMENTAL STUDI KASUS: SENTRA TERPADU PANGUDI LUHUR BEKASI. Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perlunya sistem yang mampu mendukung pengelolaan data secara efektif, termasuk dalam bidang sosial dan pelatihan keterampilan. Sentra Terpadu Pangudi Luhur Bekasi selama ini belum memiliki sistem informasi alumni pelatihan vokasional massage yang terdokumentasi secara terpusat, sehingga menyulitkan proses pencarian data serta komunikasi antara alumni dan penerima manfaat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi alumni berbasis website untuk memudahkan pengelolaan data alumni. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode Incremental, dengan tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Black Box dan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur pada sistem telah berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi alumni yang mempermudah proses penyimpanan, pencarian data, serta penyampaian informasi lowongan kerja dari alumni kepada penerima manfaat. Dengan demikian, sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta mendukung keberlanjutan hubungan antar pihak yang terlibat.

ABSTRACT

DESIGN OF A WEB-BASED ALUMNI DATA COLLECTION INFORMATION SYSTEM USING THE INCREMENTAL METHOD: A CASE STUDY AT SENTRA TERPADU PANGUDI LUHUR BEKASI. The development of information technology has driven the need for systems capable of supporting effective data management, including in the social and vocational training sectors. Sentra Terpadu Pangudi Luhur Bekasi has not yet implemented a centralized and well-documented alumni information system for vocational massage training, making it difficult to search for data and communicate between alumni and beneficiaries. This study aims to design and develop a web-based alumni information system to facilitate the management of alumni data. The development method used is the Incremental method, which includes stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system was tested using the Black Box method and the results show that all features function properly. The final outcome of this study is an alumni information system that simplifies data storage, data retrieval, and the dissemination of job vacancy information from alumni to beneficiaries. Thus, the system enhances efficiency, accuracy, and supports the sustainability of relationships among all involved parties.
