Kapabilitas Dinamis pada UMKM Manufaktur di Negara Berkembang: Kajian Literatur Sistematis tentang Faktor-Faktor Pembentuk dan Dampaknya terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) manufaktur non-jasa berperan penting bagi perekonomian di negara berkembang. Akan tetapi keberlanjutan sektor tersebut terhambat oleh keterbatasan struktural dan dinamika pasar. Kapabilitas dinamis diakui sebagai kunci adaptasi dan keunggulan bersaing tetapi penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan keragaman temuan dan terfragmentasi. Kajian literatur sistematis ini bertujuan memetakan faktor-faktor pembentuk kapabilitas dinamis dan perannya dalam mendorong keunggulan bersaing UMKM manufaktur di negara berkembang. Dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA, studi ini mensintesis 39 studi empiris dari basis data Scopus yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2016-2025. Hasil kajian ini mengidentifikasi dua determinan utama kapabilitas dinamis yaitu kapabilitas internal dan hubungan eksternal. Secara teoretis, kajian ini berkontribusi mengembangkan kerangka konseptual kapabilitas dinamis UMKM manufaktur di negara berkembang. Secara praktis, temuan menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kapabilitas internal yang didukung kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal menjadi kunci peningkatan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM manufaktur.
