Authors who publish with Pamulang Law Review (PalRev) agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant Pamulang Law Review the right of first publication. The published work is simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits others to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the work for any lawful purpose, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source of publication.
- Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (for example, posting it to an institutional repository, personal website, or including it in a book), provided that acknowledgment of its initial publication in Pamulang Law Review is clearly stated.
- Authors are encouraged to deposit and disseminate their published articles through institutional repositories, academic social networks, and personal or professional websites to enhance visibility, accessibility, citation impact, and scholarly exchange.
- By submitting a manuscript to Pamulang Law Review, authors confirm that the work is original, does not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties, and has not been published or submitted elsewhere simultaneously.
