Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh Perceived Colleague Support For CSR, Empathetic Concern For Colleague, dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour.  Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tempat penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan di PT. KIEC. Objek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT KIEC yang dilakukan hanya pada karyawan bagian  marketing property. Jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 124 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yaitu kuesioner dan studi Pustaka. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software SPSS versi 22. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Perceived Colleague Support for CSR terhadap Empathetic Concern for Colleague. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Empathetic Concern for Colleague terhadap Job Satisfaction. Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Job Satisfaction terhadap Organisational Citizenship Behaviour.
