Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis persepsi masayarakat terhadap standar pelayanan angkutan massal dalam sembilan dimensi; keselamatan, aksesibilitas, keselamatan, kesetaraan, kenyamanan, keteraturan, konektivitas, digitalisasi, lingkungan/emisi. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey kuantitaf. Hasil dari survey persepsi pelayanan BTS kota Solo menunjukkan bahwa dimensi pelayanan yang diberikan menunjukkan hasil yang baik dan skor dimensi tertinggi adalah dimensi keamanan. Program BTS memang didukung dengan persiapan operasional dan monitoring yang baik dari sisi pengemudi, kondisi kendaraan, batas aman kecepatan, jalur/trayek yang dilalui, keamanan penumpang ketika menaik-turunkan penumpang, dan dukungan Internet of Thing (IoT) didalam armada.
