Abstract

Perubahan perilaku Masyarakat terjadi sejak pandemi yang juga berlanjut hingga setelah pandemi Covid-19. Pergeseran perilaku Masyarakat setelah pandemi juga terjadi pada sektor industri makanan olahan beku dan makanan segar secara online. Menjamurnya produk olahan beku menunjukkan tingginya minat konsumen terhadap produk tersebut. Pemahaman mendalam mengenai pengalaman konsumen dalam berbelanja online menjadi hal yang penting bagi para pelaku kegiatan usaha serta untuk mengatasi berbagai tantangan, termasuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian ulang produk makanan segar secara online. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survey kemudian dilakukan pengujian instrumen sebagai studi awal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alat ukur variabel Pengalaman pelanggan pasca pembelian valid berdasarkan analisis statistik yang dilakukan dan reliabel. Instrumen yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini dapat digunakan secara luas dan dapat digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengukur intensi pembelian kembali terhadap produk makanan segar. Diharapkan dengan adanya instrumen penelitian ini, dapat membantu pelaku usaha untuk dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.
