Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of knowledge sharing and self-efficacy on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, at PT Hanazono Engineering Indonesia. This research employed a quantitative approach using a census technique involving 102 respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that knowledge sharing does not have a significant direct effect on employee performance, whereas self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Knowledge sharing and self-efficacy have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and employee performance, as well as the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance. These findings indicate the importance of enhancing self-efficacy, strengthening knowledge-sharing practices, and improving job satisfaction to enhance employee performance.
