About the Journal

Rechtsregel : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is an academic journal that presents legal ideas and knowledge from academics, researchers, and legal practitioners regarding common legal phenomena in society-phenomena arising from the process of lawmaking through to the implementation of those laws. Rechtsregel : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum will be published by the Faculty of Law at Pamulang University (UNPAM) twice a year (in August and December).

The aims of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers, and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles. The scope of the articles published in this journal deals with a broad range of topics in the fields of Criminal Law, Civil Law, International Law, State and Administrative Law, Islamic Law, Economic Law, Adat Law and Local Custom, Natural Resources and Environmental Law and another section related contemporary issues in law.

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of the Rechtsregel : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum. Please read the information on the peer-review process. The articles published in Rechtsregel : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum are going through a double-blind peer-review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Board’s right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation.
