Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, knowledge sharing, and innovative work behavior on the work productivity of employees at PT. Real Engineering Star. A quantitative method with the PLS-SEM approach was used, involving 98 respondents from 130 employees. The instrument, a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, met validity and reliability, with a loading factor >0.70 and AVE >0.50. The model test results showed an SRMR of 0.079 and an NFI of 0.702, indicating a good level of fit. The inner model evaluation revealed that self-efficacy and knowledge sharing significantly influenced innovative work behavior and productivity, with an R² of 0.755 for productivity and 0.699 for innovative behavior. Innovative work behavior was proven to be a mediator in the relationship between psychological factors and performance. The analysis showed that knowledge sharing had the largest contribution, followed by self-efficacy and innovative behavior. These findings emphasize the importance of psychological and social factors in driving innovation and organizational performance. Practical implications emphasize the development of a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration to increase productivity and project success.
